There are a small number of legal exceptions to this which are explained in the Therapy Agreement and we can discuss again when we meet as required.

All client records are protected by UK law accordingly implemented, including that required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No client data is shared with any third party. The only exception to this is where there is a legal requirement to do so.

I follow the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS)
