Confidentiality and Privacy

You have a complete right to privacy and confidentiality and are protected by law and the code of professional ethics of my accrediting bodies. All our discussions are private and confidential. There are a small number of legal exceptions to this which are explained in the Therapy Agreement and we can discuss again when we meet as required.

All client records are protected by UK law accordingly implemented, including that required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No client data is shared with any third party. The only exception to this is where there is a legal requirement to do so.

I follow the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), National Counselling Society (NCS) and General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) codes of professional ethics and conduct.

I will only contact you at addresses, email addresses or telephone numbers that you indicate you are happy for me use.

No information is gathered through the use of this website that can identify visitors to the site.

Anonymous visitor statistics may be collected to measure the level of site traffic and the usefulness of the counselling, CBT, hypnotherapy, coaching and mindfulness information it contains.
